In fact, more than a few of Scott Galloway’s many youtube sermons preach the value of a committed founder with a less rigid ego.

Seth Godin makes a very convincing point of the dangers of EE (Entrepreneurial Ego), peppered throughout his Akimbo.link podcast as well.

In the end, it’s about solving real problems (rather than merely making cool sh*t. Then leveraging the Marketing Machine to get it sold).

Being willing to explore the edges of the market to find a sweet spot that aligns with customer needs and company capabilities.
